This Privacy Policy explains how the Mosswell Marble mobile application (the “App”) handles information. The App is an offline, three-dimensional puzzle game in which players guide a marble through labyrinth challenges.

To provide its game features, Mosswell Marble stores limited gameplay information locally on your device. This may include:

- the position of your current puzzle attempt, so you can continue later;
- your selected Motion and Haptics preferences.
This information is used only to operate the game and preserve your progress and preferences. It is not sent to us or to any third party, and we do not have access to it. There is no account, online profile, cloud backup, or cross-device synchronization provided by the App.
Local game data can generally be removed by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App. The exact steps depend on your Android device and operating system.

Because we do not collect personal information, we do not sell, rent, disclose, or share personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.
The App does not include social features, online rankings, multiplayer sessions, or other features that send your gameplay activity to another person or service.

Mosswell Marble is designed to work offline and does not require an internet connection for gameplay. The App contains no advertisements, in-app purchases, third-party SDKs, or integrated third-party analytics or tracking services.
Your use of Google Play and Android is also subject to the terms and privacy information provided by Google and your device manufacturer. Those services and the operating system are separate from Mosswell Marble and are not controlled by us.

The gameplay information described in Section 3 remains in the App's local storage on your device. We do not maintain a server-side copy and therefore do not retain that gameplay information on our systems. The protection of locally stored data also depends on the security of your device and its operating system.
7. Children's Privacy and Age Requirement
Mosswell Marble is intended for an adult audience aged 18 and older and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users through the App.
